I canceled my membership FOUR YEARS AGO, but I got a notice that my password was compromised. So i decided to log in to the website to make sure I didn't have any billing info still saved, and change my password anyway. HOWEVER, right when I logged in I was presented with a "thanks for your order!" notice. So I go to cancel the membership AGAIN, but there's no where to do that. So i ask the bot. Bot sends me a link, I cancel the membership. Except it still says I have a pending order for next month. So I try to cancel the order, except there's no where to do that either! So I ask the bot. Bot sends me a link, I requested to cancel the order. BOT TELLS ME NO CAN DO. Even though this all happened in the span of 15 minutes.
