Great quality and fit clothing, but sadly since l last ordered from ISTO in 2021 either their ability to deal with post-Brexit regulations or the regulations themselves have changed, resulting in a large and surprising tax bill of around £60 on an order of three T-shirts and a shirt. If I did what others regularly do - shop with unethical fast fashion brands - I could have likely bought all three items in a shop for the import tax amount alone. This change has been poorly advertised, as mentioned by other reviewers. I eventually spotted a few sentences about it in small-sized text ironically at the bottom of an email newsletter about a London pop-up event. As ISTO is a small company with an ethos I really support, it only feels fair to provide a neutral review, but I did feel surprised and annoyed by the situation and will have to think carefully as to whether I can afford to order anything else from ISTO.
