You people are thieves
I have ordered a strap a month ago from New Zealand and I haven’t received this till now
NZ Post has lodged an enquiry and my item has not been located or found and I even emailed istrap two times but they haven’t got back to me yet.
I asked them for my refund and there is no answer yet.
Is this how you treat your customers
These people had to make an enquiry with Australian Post but there is nothing
I urge people not buy from them ever
