Ordering this time was quite stressful in that I was trying to get a subscription to BBC Good Food which was £38 with a further £5 reduction. I got to the end of ordering and had forgotten my password. I followed the instructions for a password reminder and was told that it had been done and I should wait a minute or two before I went to my inbox. I duly did this (4 times) and each time it was not there - so I gave up. I couple of days later I received an emails saying that you saw I was interested in buying a subscription to BBC Good Food and be careful not to lose the order! I tried once again and the same thing happened so eventually I had to telephone.
Once I was through on the telephone the adviser was very efficient and polite but as is so often the case, online ordering is the not the smooth pleasant experience that one hopes it will be.
