Already sent Magazine cafe an email, its Xmas eve and through the post today came a letter to my wife telling her what I had bought her for her present, thanks for that, I am seething. I filled in what the gift was for, not to deliver for the new year and printed off a gift card/sheet.
Total incompetence, ruined her suprise, wont be using your company again, absolutely useless . Too late to cancel at this stage otherwise my wife will have nothing.
Thanks for nothing, I cant express my anger and disappointment.
