It took me 2 days to actually manage to get the site to accept my order - it kept going back to the beginning. I got frustrated and gave up. The next day i got an emails saying they knew I was interested in buying from them and they didn't want me to lose the opportunity! I then rang them and the person I spoke to sorted it out and from then on it was fine. I have had subscriptions from them over the past few years and there has never been a problem.
