I selected an e card, as the subscription to Jazzwise is a present, on 17/01/14. I asked for it to be sent straight away. It has still not arrived (20/01/14). I don't suppose it will now. Also I have not received any email confirmation of my order. I only have a print out of the receipt at the checkout. I have no idea if my order has gone through. I would like someone to contact me so I know what's going on, especially as I gave all my bank details for a direct debit. Thanks. jane.bristow1@ntlworld.com
