The renewal process for Focus BBC usually breaks down for me EVERY year.
There is no indication in the renewal process as to when your current subscription is going to end and when you can expect the next issue (the subscription renewal) to kick in.
Every year I get double ups for the first 1 or 2 issues and a new membership number.
Probably easy to implement to fix the renewal process:
- You specify your current subscription number or when you initiate the subscription process, these details are pulled out of the DB
- Your current subscription ends on: xx-xx-xx
- Your subscription renewal will go on-line with issue XX which is the next issue after the current subscription which ends on: xx-xx-xx
- Job done, happy customers :)
