I bought a subscription to slimming world on 21st October and asked for a notification card to be sent to the recipient for 2nd November for her birthday, this didn't happen and as yet she hasn't received a magazine either.
The order and payment were easy enough thank you but not impressed with the follow up, maybe give a date at completion when you can expect the first delivery
