For my wife I paid £39.99 for 6 mailed issues of Royal Life ( over the counter cost £21.60), and for that the extra £18.39 I expected good service. Some hope. On-line confirmation of my order stated that the subscription start "will not normally be the current issue...in shops now," and I should "allow up to 6 to 8 weeks for your first delivery". So I went out and bought Issue 8 of Royal Life (£3.60) which my wife had seen for sale at our local shop. 1 week later Issue 8 arrived in the post. Useless. Additionally, I was given to believe that a gift message would be sent by e-mail. I composed the message and asked for it to be sent on Feb. 6th. Nothing, of course, has arrived. iSubscribe?
