I am very disappointed with the time lapse from taking out the subscription early May, to receive notification the other day that the first issue to be sent out will not be until 14 July.
When signing up it said the next available issue would be delivered (I believe this was around 21 may) so why the wait until July?
This is a gift for my mum who is aged 86 and recently came out if hospital and it was her birthday too. She has been looking forward to receiving her first mag and is disappointed at the wait.
