Almost a 5* as girl taking my order etc. was very nice and helpful. One drawback though was my son did not receive email message advising of subscription for Boxing News, as it went straight into his spam box. He thinks this may have been the way iSUBSCRiBE is written plus it said a gift for you. I know this is sometimes how spam messages are written to lure you in! Maybe there is some other way this could be dealt with as obviously it meant he was not aware of us sending a new subscription, until he rang me to advise receiving a cancellation letter from the previous company used.
