Now I find I cannot believe them on privacy either - due to "technical issues" To their Credit; when I sent them a Notice under section 11 of the Data Protection Act 1998 - to Unsubscribe, the beleaguered Ms Polly Harben was quick to respond with confirmation, guarantees and again an apology amounting to "oops, sorry, we have technical issues" Can I trust them - remains to be seen, 12 months from now...
