I ordered 2 swegways which were not delivered in the timescale confirmed when ordered. After over a week I called to find out where they were and waited for a response for over 2 hours on the phone. I was then told that the swegways I had ordered could not be delivered and different colours would have to be sent. They were delivered the next day. My kids are happy with them despite them being the wrong colours so it worked out ok, but through default. I would think again before ordering from you.
