I was not informed that the segway i had ordered was not being delivered. 6 days after i ordered i phoned and emailed. Then i was told that there were no longer in stock.i was told i would be sent an upgraded cersion with Bluetooth and a free bag. In the morning i got another phone call telling me that they were running tests on the segway i ordered and another be sent. I then tried to track my order . No joy.. So i did receive my goods 9 days after placing order xmas eve.. No upgrade.. No free bag.. I just wonder wheb someone was going to inform me that my item i irdered wasnt in stock if i had not got in touch. I was goung to buy a razor hovertrax but instead i opted to go with tour company as it was a ltd wdition pokemon. Sadly that is not what I received.
