This company is not professional at all. They advertised a monitor online (through Amazon) but did not actually have the item in stock. When I purchased, it was expected to arrive Aug 12..... today is Aug 13 and it has not shipped. They are trying to locate a monitor to send to me and have no lead time info to give. When I called last week about my order the representatives sounded like they were sitting right beside each other handing the phone off and eventually stopped answering the phone for me. The first purchase I made with them was difficult also. I had to keep calling them back for an invoice and was still sent the wrong invoice twice. I was even told to call back multiple times because the office wasn't actually open until 9am "over here" although they answered the phone. Seems like they are only interested in the sales part of the business, not quality/professional customer service.
