Very satisfied with whole package including timely airport transfers to the hotel itself and of course the fantastic experience of the two spectacular operas. Hotel Firenze was very helpful when we discovered there wasnt disabled shower access in our room . Instead they provided us with a large family suite with suitable shower access. The notes on the restaurants in Verona and Sirmeone proved to be every bit as good as described. I would particularly recommend Restaurant Arche in Verona with its old fashioned charm including attention from its 85 year old founder-the food was splendid. The visit to Lake Garda including the visit to the Isola del Garda was enjoyable. Our guide on the island soon realized that my wife was not able to keep pace with the tour of the gardens ascending up to the terrace of the mansion . She arranged for her to be collected by electric car and she was able to see the gardens and was delivered up to the terrace to await the rest of the tourists . After a visit to the private family quarters and some refreshment on the terrace she was again transported by electric car back down to the pier for embarkation. Altogether a very memorable holiday with full marks for consideration of our needs.
