Excellent customers service, nothing was too much trouble to sort out and always available promptly to answer any questions. The holiday was fantastic - everything worked like clockwork the documentation we were given was all we needed. The hotel Acadamia was in a fantastic locaiton and the staff were friednly and helpful. Breakfast delicious My only negative comment would be the cold buffet on Opera night - I think we would have in hindsight preferred to go out - but understand the hotel restaurant was being refurbished.
