The collection service and the drivers were brilliant. Thank you! The Hotel Academia was marvellous. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The rooms were amazing; comfortable, cool and spacious. The cold, evening Buffet and breakfast buffets were attractively arranged and delicious and good value for money. The boat trip was lovely and prompt and the tour of the Isola del Garda was a real highlight. What a lovely family! Their Mother should be so proud of her daughters. Our seats at the opera were terrific and the performance was spectacular; though spoiled slightly by the rude, Italian woman seating in front of us who insisted on filming with her ipad during the key points in the opera. I would not have included Sirmionie on the agenda. It was far too touristy and after Isola, very disappointing! . I think there may be nicer towns or villages around the Lake that we would have much preferred visiting.
