Our trip to Milan was delayed by 2 years due to Covid. The cancellation was handled efficiently. Throughout the past 2 years we were kept informed of developments so that we could decide when to rebook the trip. The rebooking was handled efficiently, including a last minute flight cancellation. The trip included flights,transfers, hotel, opera, and da Vinci’s Last Supper. We did not have any problems with the bookings made by Italian Short Breaks. The Italian Short Breaks staff were very efficient and friendly. In particular we would like to thank Hannah, who rearranged our trip, for her attention to the details of the trip and getting everything right. She responded very quickly to our emails and was very efficient and friendly throughout.
