Awesome - my first solo trip so happy with everything - paperwork for flights taxis opera tickets and hotel spot on - additional information sheets very helpful as were previous reviews - glad I took a Mac as 2nd opera was delayed by 2hrs - both operas finished late 00.40 and 2.40 but hotel is so close it’s not long to get to bed. I stayed in Guilliette e Romeo - very central - such lovely helpful staff nice and clean. Cannot fault anything and with so much being organised before hand it made the whole experience less stressful. Opera seats were brilliantly positioned. Very easy to contact company be email to have any questions answered (thanks Hannah) Thank you - totally recommend and would not hesitate to use again
