This was an very well organised trip. Everything went according to plan. Even when our plane out was cancelled due to fog, staff at the office were available to make the necessary re-arrangements. All the hotels, and organised tours were top quality, and our tickets for the opera at La Scala were superb. In particular, Hannah was extremely helpful in putting our holiday break together.
