Positives: Flights booked and seats reserved. All the taxis we had were excellent, new, clean and on time. Great seats at the opera Negatives: 1. Wine tasting promised cheese & cold cuts to accompany, but these were not available. When we challenged this they said that it had not been requested. 2. Verona Pass was for 48 hours, but the middle day of our trip was out of Verona, so only 1 day of the pass was usable. We would have benefited from your advice to have our day away at the end of the trip 3. Nice hotel but would have been better more centrally in the old town of Verona,
