This Opera Break in Milan was thoroughly enjoyable Everything went according to plan Booking the break over the phone was easy and the staff were really helpful The fight with British Airways was at sensible times from Heathrow and was relatively quick and painless We had a car to transfer us to and from Milan Linate airport and this was quick and comfortable The hotel Brunelleschi was lovely. Staff provided good customer service and were really helpful The hotel was central and my wife and i really loved Milan The only slight hiccup when we went to the last supper they wanted us to leave some form of identification We did not have any apart from a credit card which i reluctantly left and collected at the end of the visit I think customers should be made aware of this in the travel pack
