We had a great trip to Verona and Lake Garda and thank you for organising everything so well. The transfers were all punctual and pleasant, and the opera was a great experience. Two comments: (1) The tickets given to us for the opera were consecutive numbers, but on opposite sides of the central aisle (even numbers on one side, odd on the other, admittedly a strange system!) Fortunately, with the assistance of an usher who just groaned with familiarity with the problem when we asked for help, we found a German couple on the other side of the aisle who had the same problem, so we sorted it out between us. (2) our room in the Hotel Giulietta & Romeo was very small, and quite tight for two people; I don't know how it compares with other hotels you use, but if we went back I would certainly look for something a little more comfortable. The staff in both hotels in which we stayed were friendly and helpful. So thank you overall for a wonderful short break!
