This was a special trip to celebrate my wife's birthday. Everything went smoothly as per the details given in the documents provided. I followed instructions and everything went to plan. Flights OK - normal delay frustrations (That's Gatwick). Hotel fantastic - opera fantastic - Italy Fantastic. Thank you for adding that little extra and having a bottle of bubbly waiting in our hotel room wishing my wife happy birthday.
