Will not allow date change for dd. Then when it bounces they ring you EVERY HOUR until they get the payment. Even after you explain repeatedly you need dd changed, they read from a script, don't listen to what your saying. Then after they take a payment from your bank, prearranged with an agent, they ring you EVERY HOUR for a late payment fee!!!! Customer service absolutely rubbish, and unrelentingly ring you EVERY HOUR from 8am to 11pm!!!!
