I have just been on the phone to itison as the weekends that I am available to go for my over night stay is fully booked. I have asked for an extension as my husband works away and we only have certain weekends we can use it. My children bought it for us for Christmas and itison is basically saying I would just need to use it through the week (SOME PEOPLE DO WORK ) I think there service is a disgrace and I feel for my children who have just wasted there money. I would not RECOMMEND ITISON to anyone as they were not helpful in anyway whatsoever.
