I love being able to purchase handcrafted items especially because it enables to feel connected to my culture and share aspects with people I love. The only thing that's becoming an issue is the shipping rates. I'm used to the rates that existed during the pandemic and pre-pandemic, but these rates simply are too much for what it's worth. Itokri representatives have assured me that they are not charging extra for shipping and I trust them on that. They even offer a slight discount if the order reaches a certain threshold, but all in all, I would say that it might be too much for international customers. I still say that the service is great, but unfortunately, I probably won't be purchasing from itokri until the rates are logical for me to purchase.
