Service from Itokri was good. But the product I receive for what I paid was not of good quality. upon touching the cloth the color started coming out and it even stained my nails. So it was definitely bad. Also mentioning the payment, the bill inside was of 500 Rs, but the amount I was asked to pay was ~ 3500 which I know includes rate conversion tax, International shipment fee etc. But it was high for such an unsatisfied product .
