Sad to note that my order been messed up ☹️. Uploaded the picture and highlighted the stole which is not part of the order. I had made this special purchase for my wife as she loved the stole collections on your little adda. I did not see any verbiage about the replacement of an item happens in the event item is not available. Not sure as how this can be fixed as I returned back to USA and today on 1st April my wife excitingly opened the parcel and surprised to see one of the stole she liked is being replaced and so thought immediately to leave this feedback. And also saw a statement of pride on your website that every parcel gets a personal attention but seems like this one been an outcast ☹️.
