I started purchasing masks from iTokri in 2020 when we were in the midst of Covid. The packaging and the customised note added a bright spark to receiving any package. My tryst with them continued when I ordered Rakhis from them in 2022 to be sent to my brothers. Their personalised eye for detail and reaching out to know if I would like the Rakhis to be sent individually and wait and send it together as a package was heartening. This experience puts a smile. The Customer Service updates via email and in case, you have dropped a note on chat, the revert is impressive. A number of the big wigs e-commerce brands can take a lesson or two from you guys.
