I ordered Rakhis from the website recently and paid extra for DHL delivery within 5-7 days.
It has now been two weeks and the order has not been received. I then followed up with i-Tokri via email. They sent me a link to the DHL website with a tracking number. The tracking shows no progress whatsoever in despatching the item. I wrote to I-Tokri again and have not received any response.
Instead ironically they sent me an email to ask me to provide a review of the product which laughably is yet to be received and the delivery.
Given I paid over Rs 1500 for 5-7 business day delivery I would expect a refund of this additional amount as the delivery timeline is well lapsed. But for that you would need someone at I-Tokri to respond.
This is a disgrace as I paid over Rs 3000 for 5 rakhis which is quite frankly an exorbitant amount. However the intention was to support local craftspeople via the website. Given the status of delivery and follow up response one would not order via this website again and this is a loss for artisans who potentially use this website for their products. What a shame!
