While booking, you asked the receiver's address and phone number, which is relevant. But it was extremely embarrassing for me know later that the receiver ( who was being gifted the product) is receiving all the details of my shopping. Why was all my order information along with price being sent to the receiver's phone number? That's an absolute ridiculous practice. Please try to make amendments to your system so that all this information is not sent to the receiver's number. Also, your WhatsApp customer executives took their own sweet time in responding. My first experience with ITokri was pretty good but sorry to say, I'm not happy with the service this time.
