I had to buy a converter box for an older tv to use with a roof antenna. They sent me instructions how to do it but I was lost from the very beginning and called for help. I was basically told to FIGURE IT OUT! Well LAST TIME I ever buy one of their products and will tell everyone I know how awful the company is! Thanks for nothing!
