I have paid for expedited delivery. They sent me a parcel via standard post and refused to refund the cost of fast shipping. Also didn’t contact me about this problem in advance. Told me that the items were returned to them by DHL company due to damaged in transport before and failed to provide the DHL tracking code of aforementioned parcel.
