Ordered a dress which looked gorgeous in the picture. When it arrived, it was horrendous. Fabric was cheap and scratchy, like the fabric used for kids dressing up costumes! Plus the inner lining hung down in a clump at the back so looked awful.
Tried to get a refund but was told they would only accept by tracked mail to China. This would have cost around £50 to get a £30 refund which is clearly why they do it!
