I have ordered from ivy rose. It took nearly 4 weeks to arrive and now I wish to return items they will not give an address for the return and say they will give me discount if I keep them. DO NOT ORDER FRON THIS WEBSITE. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the transaction and show them the numerous emails showing I tried and asked about returning the items but they wouldn’t give me an address. If you have paid on a credit card contact them and hopefully they will refund and get the money back from Ivyrose for you. Never again will I be ordering from them.
