Wouldn’t even give them a star, but I had to to write this review. First of all ordering from them with Royal Mail the dress doesn’t even turn up. It says “delivered” but after speaking with our post boy and being down the local post office. This item is NO where to be seen. Call IVrose as they like to call themselves. More like take your hard earned money and not give it back. Tried getting them to send another item out and they just refuse, kept telling me the item is at the post office. I’ve been down there 5 times. I can reassure you this dress is no where to be seen or found. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WONT GET YOUR ITEM, AND IF YOU DO AND YOU SEND IT BACK YOU STILL WONT RECIVE IT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVES IVE EXPERIENCED. You don’t get to talk to a human with a IQ you end up getting put through to some monkey
