Do not order from IV ROSE, the products are cheap and low quality. it does not look like what is described.
customer service rep Jenny is terrible and does not offer any help or offer solutions.
To return is a nightmare, they are not understanding at all and will try mot to give you a refund.
if you are unlucky and have to send the item back, keep you're receipt you get at the post office. they will try to keep youre money and give excuses on why and how they haven't received the returned item.
