Firstly I didnt realise the products cane from outside the UK as it said IvroseUk????The goods came and looked NOTHING like the pics on the website so had to return. Cost £14 to return 3 flimsy dresses as the return address was in GERMANY!! And they insist you return it tracked. The customer service girls were good throughout the sale but have been shocking since I returned the items and are being very very unhelpful and keep replying with irrelevant answers to my queries, even had the cheek to offer discount off my next purchase! There will be NO next purchase!
