Excellent customer service experience. An item I had ordered online had just gone out of stock (computer system was behind). I was emailed immediately with a time frame when stock would be available & also offered the option of a refund. The item was delivered in the time frame they suggested (i.e. when stock would be available etc.) Nice to order online with a company who has a system which works and tells the truth about dispatching dates etc. Free delivery too ???? Would definitely order again.
