Pros: The watch I ordered arrived very quickly the next day, a few days before Xmas. Very helpful on the phone prior to order. The watch was at a very good price to refuse. Cons: the box for the warch had a tear in one corner and looked old. The watch is complicated to set up so it didn't help that the instructions were for a different model and I had to find it online. Not even worn it yet but already a problem with the date change mechanism not centering in window nor allowing correction via online instructions.....needless to say I am not happy having this type of problem so soon!!!
