I ordered 2 Trollbeads silver beads & unfortunately one of them was the incorrect bead. I contacted them by email & Facebook message & I received a phone call offering a refund or a replacement bead of the same value. I opted to receive a different bead & was told to keep the bead I had been sent in error. Good customer service, I'll be ordering from them again in future.
