Ordered a blouse for my wife for Christmas with 2 weeks lead time with expedited shipping. Checked with them second week in January to see where it was. Was notified that it was out of stock when I ordered it. (“Weren’t you going to tell me?”) They gave me the option of waiting for it to be restocked in an indefinite period of time or getting a refund. I opted for the refund, which I was told could take a couple of weeks because they were “running behind and had to do inventory”. Wrote to them last week to check on what the delay was. No response yet. I’ll call tomorrow. Such a shame. Used to be a good, reliable vendor.
