Here's the timeline: January 30, 2021 --Shipped back to them February 3, 2021 --Delivery to Peterman confirmed by FedEx March 31, 2021 --Called Peterman. Rep confirmed merchandise was received. Said he would process credit. May take 5 days for it to be credited to my card. April 8, 2021 --Still no credit posted to my card. Called Peterman. Rep confirmed a request to process credit was made, but may take up to 12 days. In the most recent call I also cancelled a pair of moccasins that were on backorder since mid-January. Let's see if they get this right.
