UPDATE:  Since my warning review, J Perman Co recently refunded the funds taken (thief) before shipping, with a failure to ship any replacement.  Below is their matter-of-fact email using the email address they had blocked as the recipient, of my rightful inquiries.  J Peterman is 2-face! Management appears to not govern customer care, a read of reviews reveals, if the item is immediately available all serve the purchaser well; if there are problems, integrity goes missing and communications become harmful! Online customers are untenably vulnerable. Online Thief is in need of the public taking a more effective stand.  Filing a small claims action is a hugely ineffective and costly waste of time! My turnaround by my offender is not the norm.
