God help you if you must exchange an item for a different size. First they sent the return slip & shipping label. Then they claimed they didn’t receive the item & I had to track it and get proof of loss. I emailed them the proof of loss document. J Peterman claimed they didnt receive the document. I requested the email address they preferred. I emailed the proof of loss document a second time. Again J Peterman claimed they didn’t receive it. Next J Peterman told me they hadn’t received payment from the carrier who lost the item & it was on me to track the payment down. I did. Once again J Peterman’s email addresses allegedly didn’t work. Finally I received a text from JPeterman containing a gift card. I tried to use the gift card online but at checkout there wasnt an option for a gift card. The item at issue here was a birthday present for a February birthday. It remains unresolved but it’s a given that customer service knows nothing, their emails don’t work & all they know how to do os steal your money.
