Too much to post. Everything was wrong. Husband's surprise gifts for me. My attempts to order also. Start with my order. Could not check out. One item noted "please pick a size" No option to do so. Also doubted that there was need to select a size - the item was an Inkwell! Thus began a saga. Emailed. Twice. Chatted. No answer to chat offered. Called repeatedly: finally after number 5 selected call back option: promise of a call back. Two weeks later got a message. Said they would call back. Never did. Finally after 5 hours or more of attempts (it was a perfect gift) got a human who explained that the error message occurred because the item was no longer stocked!! Lost all the other things in the basket - sole out. Next, husband separate experience: the caftan was out. After he paid for it. Repeated attempts to find out what happened - same as my experience. A blouse he ordered (that I LOVE) is too small. He cannot reach anyone to find out if the larger size will every be available, or how to exchange it. Also no response to his need to find out where the caftan that Has Not arrived is. Sooooo sad, this was a unique and special company. If it's true that it was sold to (yet another $$&((R$@# Hedge Fund) that is a very sad event. Yes, forget the non existent customer Service - go to your credit card and open a dispute AND contact Stae Consumer Affairs at the Attorney Generals office. That's my plan.
