Ordered a pair of jeans from Jacamo, first they sent me the wrong size (mislabled) so I returned them and tried again THREE TIMES! And every time they sent me the wrong size. The last pair they sent were very clearly SECOND HAND - the cuffs were shredded and dirty with threads hanging out. The sort of wear that only happens after several weeks or months of use. On top of this all, 3 days after I placed the final order they illegally charged my card for another £20. I had to call the card company to have it reversed. When I contacted "customer service" the advisor just ignored me and went silent! Stay away from the grubby, theiving filth that is Jacamo.
